This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no dark patterns.

1. Who we are

Bryka.AI (“Bryka”, “we”, “us”) is a platform for building and operating AI chatbots. This policy applies to the Bryka.AI website, dashboard, and APIs (the “Service”).

Where Bryka acts as a data controller for personal data — for example, account information of our customers — this policy governs that processing. Where Bryka acts as a data processor on behalf of a customer — for example, end-user conversation data transiting customer chatbots — the customer’s own privacy notice governs the processing. If your organization requires a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), contact privacy@bryka.ai and we will work with you on one.

2. Information we collect

Account & billing data

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment-card information; Bryka does not store full card numbers.

Usage & telemetry

We collect logs about your use of the Service: API requests, dashboard actions, error events, IP addresses, browser and device metadata, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Customer content

If you upload knowledge sources, configure prompts, or run conversations, that content is processed by Bryka strictly to provide the Service to you. We do not train our models on customer content.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • Process payments and send transactional notifications.
  • Send service updates and product announcements you can opt out of at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We share personal data only in these limited circumstances:

  • Sub-processors we rely on to run the Service (hosting, email, analytics, payments). A current list is available on request.
  • Model providers (such as OpenAI) when your chatbot calls them; conversation content is sent under contractual terms that prohibit using it to train their models.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect Bryka, our customers, or the public from harm.
  • Business transfers — if Bryka is involved in a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected customers.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

We process data primarily in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Conversation logs follow the retention window configured on your plan; you can delete them at any time from the dashboard.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bryka.ai. We respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under California law. Bryka does not sell personal information.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, and scoped access controls. See our Security page for details on what we do today and what we don’t. No system is perfect; if you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email security@bryka.ai.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact privacy@bryka.ai and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
